Our programs require time and resources to deliver quality training. We encourage you to review the program details before enrolling.

2. Non-Refundable Fee

The registration fee is generally non-refundable. It covers administrative costs and reserves your spot.

3. Eligibility for Refund

• Requests may be considered if submitted within 24 hours of registration and before the program begins.
• No refunds once the program has started or training materials have been accessed.
• In rare cases, BUILD Career Academy may approve a refund at its discretion.

4. Refund Process

• Email buildinterviewprep@gmail.com with your registration details and the reason for your request.
• If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
